An open letter to Dr. Davies

Dear Dr. Davies, You were re-elected to Parliament in 2011 and re-appointed to a ministerial post with the unresolved matter of your role in the sale of the Air Jamaica Heathrow Airport slots still being investigated by the DPP. It is not your fault that this investigation has taken so long to determine whether your role in the matter rises to the level of malfeasance. Nevertheless, you would admit that since you did not decline ministerial appointment as perhaps you should have, your performance in this new position warrants special public scrutiny for obvious reasons.
